I thought To Myself "Theres Have To Be A Better Way." Here I am Over 18 Years Later and I Have Helped Many Women Reach Their Health And Fitness Goals. It Started As A Goal To Help My Family Make Healthier Choices To Helping Women Across The Globe. From Watching My Moms Old Workout Tapes

Girl, Ive had my share of low days, after having my son over 18 years ago I literally felt so out of wack with my body, the extra weight, the different pains out of the blue and God knows I struggled with my cellulite. So, back in 2015 I promised myself that I would give myself some me time by taking better care of myself mentally, physically, and spiritually, It was a struggle! But oh so worth it!

Just moving your body can increase your energy levels. Back when I didn't know much about fitness, For a while I thought going to the gym would just make me more tired. Little did I know, it was totally opposite, working out would set the tone for my entire day.
